Q: How can I view the status of my order?

A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: How do I order an item that is not in the catalog?

Q: How do I add an additional/special logo to my item?
A: Submit your logo via mail to Sylvia Vincent at svincent@lexmark.com to be applied to the styles you want.

All decoration methods require crisp, vector artwork (.ai,.eps files) in order to ensure the best possible results. Please outline all text and / or supply special fonts. You will not be charged any fees until after your logo is set up and meets with your approval. Standard processing time is 2-5 business days Do not send .jpg or other image files of your logo. 

Q: What type of decoration methods do you use for the logos?
A: That depends on the product. Embroidery, Screen Print, and Debossing are the most utilized methods.

Q: Where is the logo placed on my item?
A: Much depends on the item. Clothing the logo is located on the left chest. If you would like something different, please request this in the special comments section.

Q: How do I request a quote?
A: Please email Sylvia Vincent at svincent@lexmark.com with the items that you are interested in. Please include quantity, in-hand date and any special logo if applicable.

Q: I am wanting to place an order from Canada. Can I do this here?
A: Yes

Q: If purchasing from Canada can I charge my department rather than using my credit card?
A: Yes. You can use either your dept. number or your personal or corporate card.

SHIPPING

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
