Special orders are considered a non-cancelable / non-returnable order. A special order is considered to be an order that has a special logo or an additional logo added to the product; any items that are not shown in the catalog are considered a special order and are non-cancelable / non-returnable. In the event of any deficiency in workmanship and/or materials occurring with a special order item, all workmanship and materials warranties are still in effect and any deficiency in workmanship and/or materials will be remedied. However, even in the event of a workmanship and/or materials warranty issue, the special order item remains non-cancelable / non-returnable and be replaced. For all other items, there is a restocking fee of 15% of all returned items.
